Hoogendijk Bouw started in 2019 with three attic renovations in Amsterdam at various locations. Two of the three renovations have now been successfully completed.
Attic renovation Robert Scott Street
One of the three attic renovations in Amsterdam was located at the Robert Scottstraat, this was completed at the end of 2019. The client has chosen to include the attic in his home in order to create more space and light. The activities consisted of:
- Various support / demolition work for the reorganization of the 4th floor and the creation of a stairwell.
- Steel construction for the stairwell and wall breaches on the 4th and 5th floor, carried out by Anton Constructiewerken.
- Reinforce existing purlins and create reveling for the large roof recesses.
- Delivery and installation of the skylights and dormer window system.
Attic renovation near Erasmus Park
Work on the attic floor near the Erasmus Park started in March 2020. Here the client has chosen to make a separate extra home from the attic, equipped with a bathroom, kitchen and toilet and with its own entrance, completely separate from the current home on the 4th floor. The activities consist of:
- Various shoring and demolition work for the reorganization of the 4th floor and the creation of the stairwell.
- Steel construction for the stairwell, carried out by Anton Constructiewerken.
- Reinforce the attic floor with a concrete compression layer.
- Reinforce existing purlins and create reveling for the large roof openings.
- Delivery and installation of the skylights and dormer window system.
- Insulating the existing roof.
- Realizing interior walls and frames in the attic.
- Create new staircase.
- Bathroom and toilet.
- All walls and ceilings with plaster finish.
- Realizing cabinets and finishing the whole.
Hoogendijk Bouw completed the work on the attic renovation near Erasmus Park in Amsterdam at the end of November.
Casco attic renovation starts in May 2020
This attic will also be converted into a 3-room apartment, including bathroom, kitchen and toilet. Our activities consist of:
