Expansion in the Clarabartonstraat Amsterdam

For a private client, Hoogendijk Bouw has realized the entire extension in the Clarabartonstraat in Amsterdam, designed by Studio Vincent.

The expansion was started with piling and earthworks. The foundations were then laid and the structural carpentry was then rigged up. After the carcass was ready, the aluminum sliding doors and conservatory roof were installed, followed by the aluminum facade cladding. With that, the outside construction was finished and Hoogendijk Bouw could get to work inside.

The conservatory was provided with installation work. The walls were plastered and the screed poured, so that the floors could be finished. As a finishing touch, Hoogendijk Bouw also took care of the interior design by, among other things, providing the extension with unique custom cabinets. With this, Hoogendijk Bouw again shows its added value as a total builder for both interior and exterior renovations.
