Our core values stem from our identity and express what we consider important and valuable as a company. They are the dna of our organisation – run through all our processes and briefly describe our way of working and how we conduct business and do business. This is what we stand for:

By working together effectively and harmoniously, we can achieve a common result. We do this with colleagues, the various companies within the Anton Groep, but also with relationships. Every company within the Anton Groep has its own uniqueness, but is also in its strength because the companies can work together and offer a collective force. We are a flat organization in which all layers and departments work together and can also learn from each other in this way. We want to grow through cooperation and also believe that this enables us to grow our employees.

We promote a safe working environment in which safety is an integral part of the work, processes and overall business operations. All year round and every day. Our focus is on a safe working environment in the broadest sense of the word. Naturally, people are committed to the safety of themselves and their environment. We believe it is essential that employees feel safe at work, that they feel seen and heard and that they respect each other. Mission

The Anton Groep’s mission equals our 4th core value growing through collaboration.

The Anton Groep consists of a collection of different companies, most of which are complementary to each other. Because of the many disciplines in which the companies operate, combining our knowledge, expertise and manpower is a huge advantage over other companies. We can offer a project more completely because the companies can also benefit from the huge network they can draw from.

We find that projects run much more smoothly when several sister companies are involved in a project. This is partly due to the fact that all sister companies have the same no-nonsense attitude, share the same core values and communication and internal processes are well and clearly secured in the group for everyone.

We can explain our growth in recent years because we place great value on building long-term relationships with both clients and subcontractors, suppliers and employees. We are known for our loyalty, which is why we have many repeat customers and our employee turnover rate is very low. All employees working for an Anton Groep operating company contribute to the same hands-on mentality and overall mission.

Vision

The vision of the Anton Groep is A healthy company in the high and low economic climate.

This vision stems from our history as we started just before the credit crunch. We have seen many companies go bankrupt because they were unable to adapt to the market conditions at the time. The Anton Groep wants to exist despite the fluctuations in the market. We guarantee this at various levels. Our (work) processes are continuously optimised to make them more efficient or better aligned with laws and regulations or changing market conditions.

We aim to maintain and further expand our strong position in the market in the coming years. A key principle here is our open communication and offering total solutions. We can achieve this because the individual companies complement and strengthen each other. And by continuously developing and expanding our knowledge and experience in the various fields, we can respond quickly to market opportunities and serve clients even better.
