Anton Integrale Staalprojecten has placed two canopies at an office building in Alkmaar. The largest awning has more than 14×6 meters of roof surface.
Challenge
Due to the sleek and slim design, it was a challenge to design, manufacture and install these awnings in such a way that there was enough space for all disciplines to accommodate the necessary components. In particular, the slope in the roof and largely integrating the rainwater drainage into the construction and the associated span of 14 meters was a great challenge.
Integrated collaboration
Anton Integrale Staalprojecten has used, among other things, the various disciplines within the Anton Group for the realization. Drawing and calculation work by Harder Constructie- & Adviesbureau, fabrication and assembly of steel construction by Anton Constructiewerken and carpentry by Hoogendijk Bouw. A good result due to good mutual cooperation between the companies within the Anton Groep.
