Quality, health, safety and the environment are an important part of our business operations and our work process. The QHSE objectives and the policy to be pursued are facilitated by the Anton Groep and coordinated by a QHSE manager. This ensures, among other things, that management has the right resources and information to be able to steer on these three pillars.
All year round and every day
The operating companies have all conformed to the policy with regard to QHSE and also actively contribute themselves by carrying out and maintaining the QHSE actions and all related activities.
The objectives for Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment are formulated annually in order to be able to continuously improve our performance. Each operating company formulates its own actions to achieve these objectives.
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment is not something we do ‘on the side’. It is part of our work, our processes and applies to our overall business operations. All year round and every day.
Quality
The NEN-EN-ISO 9001, a basic quality system, applies to all Anton operating companies. Specific quality systems such as certifications for the production of steel structures, welding of reinforcement, carrying out concrete repairs, etc. are always applicable for one or a few operating companies.
Health & Safety
Within the Anton Groep, working safely is one of the core competencies of the policy. The management has described and confirmed this in the policy statement. This policy provides a framework for the implementation of processes at strategic, tactical and operational level. A risk inventory is available in which the correct control measures are described and how they should be implemented. All work equipment and materials are carefully maintained and periodically inspected.
Environment
Sustainability is a top priority for the Anton Groep. In 2020, the last companies within the Anton Groep have switched to green energy, which means that all companies within the Anton Groep use green energy. This switch, in combination with the recent installation of 800 solar panels on various office buildings, means that the Anton Groep emits virtually no CO2 in the field of electricity.
