Anton Constructiewerken installed a viewing platform on the quay wall of the renovated sea locks in IJmuiden. Sister company Harder Constructie- & Adviesbureau worked out the construction of the viewpoint on paper, in accordance with the client’s design.

Anton Constructiewerken carried out production in accordance with ROK 1.2 and NEN1090-1, Execution Class 3 in Obdam. The parts were then hot-dip galvanised and 4-layer preserved under the watchful eye of a Nace Level 3 inspector. The structure was assembled on site and then completely placed in its final position by crane.

The structure can be viewed and used by anyone from public roads.
