The design for the house is provided by Breddels, which has chosen an appropriate and sleek design in combination with the waterfront location. Hoogendijk Bouw delivers the house completely sauceready. Among other things, they will give the facade a clean finish with a white stucco layer. And the house is given a warm touch by applying wooden and natural stone strips. In the end, the house will have a modern look partly due to the choice of aluminium window frames.
Everything will be taken into account when building the new home. For example, the house will have a flat roof tile combined with solar panels, as well as a well heat pump and a heat exchanger system. All these components, together with the well-insulated steel-frame construction, ensure high living comfort and low energy costs.
