Anton Bouw en Betontechniek, in collaboration with Anton Rail & Infra, prefabricated and installed concrete front walls. We made the walls in all kinds of shapes: from round and rectangular to a triangle or cylinder with girder (see photos).
The walls are to finish the steel sheet piling. The concrete walls will still be clad with stone strips.
Anton Rail & Infra, commissioned by ProRail, is rebuilding Rotterdam North station and making it more accessible for the disabled. The ramp on the north side will be extended and flattened. On the south side, the ramp will be replaced by a lift.
