For a client on Texel, Harder Constructie- & Adviesbureau provided the main calculations, detailed calculations and drawings for the new Olmenhoeve day-care centre on Texel.

The new accommodation has a total area of 195 m2 and is connected to the existing building by a footbridge. Due to the sandy soil located on Texel, the building has a foundation on steel. This means that the building stands on the sand layer that is about 1 to 2 metres below ground level. The structure was produced by Anton Constructiewerken and then the assembly was carried out by Anton Staalbouw.
