New Commercial building for Dakkapellen.nu

This beautiful business building has been completed for client Dakkapellen. The new two-storey building features a beautiful showroom for Dakkapellen.nu and Kunststofkozijnen.nu. As the main contractor, we have taken care of the complete construction: from the first pile to the transfer of the key.

It concerns a total area of 1830m2. For the office, a showroom and the production hall. The building has been completed, including installation work, interior finishing, terrain furnishings and planting. The commercial building was realized on the De Zaandel industrial estate in Heerhugowaard and was designed by Breddels Architecten from Heerhugowaard.

Sustainability is playing an increasingly important role in construction projects. That is why we built this building according to the GPR method. This means that the sustainability of the building has been assessed on the basis of design choices made. The durability became visible before the start.

The roof behind the frame is full of PV panels to run as much as possible on your own energy. Naturally, the building has a sustainable installation with an air-water heat pump for heating and FSC-certified wood has been used. In short, fully prepared for future sustainable business operations.

The project is yet another good example of the cooperation of our various operating companies. Hoogendijk is the main contractor, but also operating companies Harder Constructie- & Adviesbureau, Anton Bouw & Betontechniek, Anton Civiel & Infra and Loos Concreteloeden contributed to the construction.
