On behalf of Banket Partners in Middenmeer, the Anton Groep operating companies are once again joining forces. Under the leadership of Hoogendijk Bouw, Anton Bouw & Betontechniek, Anton Staalbouw and Kok Infra are jointly building the new business premises for Banket Partners. The business premises will be realized on the Agriport A7 in Middenmeer. The new business premises are designed by Nieuweboer Architecten from Zwaagdijk.
Construction will start in November 2021 and is expected to be completed by mid-August 2022.
Activities
The new business premises for Banket Partners in Middenmeer consists of:
Two freezer cells (each 800 m2)
Storage on the ground floor and first floor (total 1,380 m2)
Expedition of 400 m2
Office and toilet area
Loading pit of 400 m2 with 3 docks
About Agriport A7
Agriport A7 is a work location for large-scale greenhouse horticulture, agribusiness, logistics and data centers. The site is located along the A7 near Middenmeer, 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam.
The companies choose Agriport A7 as their location, because they can use the same infrastructure in the area and they can share residual flows with the companies in the area. For example, at the start of the development, the entire area was equipped with a fiber optic network, its own energy network with transformer station, a heat network and a Sustainably Safe road network with separate bicycle path.
