Anton Air Support can perform a Site Acceptance Test (SAT). This final inspection test for the operational release of the PBB, gives you the necessary assurance that all aspects of the PBB have been checked and the PBB can be operated safely. A Factory Acceptance Test (fat), the final test before the PBB leaves the supplier’s factory, is also a service that Anton Air Support can perform independently on behalf of the client.
Our experiences
Anton Air Support has carried out inspections and SAT tests on passenger bridges at many airports throughout Europe. Clients receive a detailed report including recommendations. On their behalf, we can carry out FAT tests on site with the manufacturer before transportation and installation. This inspection test offers you the reassurance that the passenger bridge meets all the necessary requirements.
Inspections at Valencia Airport, Belfast Airport, Paris Orly and Sint Maarten
Anton Air Support has carried out inspections on old passenger bridges at these airports, and many more. Following the inspection, the clients received a comprehensive inspection report with an independent recommendation or advice on extending the service life.
SAT tests carried out at Schiphol, Brussels Airport, Leeds and Oslo
Anton Air Support also carries out Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) on behalf of the client. A final detailed safety test before the PBBs are put into operation. At Schiphol, we carried out a total of 56 PBBs out of the 112 newly delivered PBBs, and these were put into operation immediately after approval. Anton Air Support has carried out these SATs for our clients at many airports.
