Basement floor for Antoni in Delft We have poured and finished a concrete floor of approx. 2,200 m2 and approx. 670 m3 for the Antoni in Delft, for example. This is a basement floor for a multifunctional and dynamic building intended for hotel function, workspaces, exhibition spaces, shops and living space. 1,300 m2 concrete floor poured including monolith finished in 1 day We also poured and monolith finished a 1,300 m2 concrete floor in just 1 day. We arrived on site at 6:30 am and finished pouring at about 3:00 pm. Because of the nice sunshine that day, the butterfly machines were finished with the floor around 21.00 hours.
Work activities
When performing work within the non-residential construction sector, we perform the following activities, among others:
- construction site equipment
- pouring and monolithic finishing of concrete floors
- remove cast asphalt floors and then post-grout the exposed TT slab girder
- seams of the plate girders fitted with clamping joints and an MMA plastic seal
- sealing the beam structures with roofing membrane
- apply dilatation profiles
- realize floor reinforcement and then apply a compression layer that is finished monolithically
