On behalf of Equinix, a new data center is being built at the Amsterdam Science Park, right along the A1. Anton Industrial Services has been asked to provide the welding on this project, which is checked ultrasonically and magnetically. All welding has been approved so far, thanks to the fact that all welders are certified and trained to carry out such projects.
Just some technical specifications: the positions are pa, pe and pf. Large beams are welded according to the prescribed WPS. The HED-beams have flanges of 115 mm thick and weighing 1,000 kg per meter.
