Bot Construction Ltd is building 35 luxury 3 story residential properties at Jan de Heemstraat in Alkmaar. These properties are divided into four blocks, with the rear facing each other. The gardens of these properties are planned between these blocks and on the height of the first floor. The steel structure on which the gardens are planned is a task for Anton constructions.
Anton constructions in combination with Anton Construction & Consultancy calculated the complete steel construction for this project, designed, manufactured and assembled. By lifting the gardens to the first floor, it creates a large space for parking cars underneath the steel structure. The whole construction is galvanized and has a two-layer powder coating for a neat and luxurious appearance from the parking lots.
