For the purpose of an adaptation to the dip galvanizing line at Tata Steel in IJmuiden, Anton Construction & Concrete Engineering has made a concrete table construction at a height of 6.5 meters. We prefabricated the concrete columns and walls and poured the floors and beams into the work. Because of the heavy machines that had to be placed, this is done in a beam frame with floors. A very complex whole that we had to accomplish during a revolving production process under high time pressure in a rotating factory. But we have delivered this job to the customer’s satisfaction.
J.P. van Eesteren has provided a steel work platform for us, which also serves as formwork. Together with Spanberg B.V. we have taken on the complete 3D engineering and assembly of the reinforcement.
