In December, the Anton Air Support specialists carried out the annual maintenance on 2 passenger bridges at Leeds Bradford Airport. We have replaced the hydraulic hoses, oil filters and air filters. In addition, our inspectors extensively tested the bridge for all (safety) functions and found approval.
The tires of the bridges were due for replacement. The bridge was kept lifted with a huge crane, which allowed Air Support to change the tires. Just like a Formula 1 pit stop. After extensive testing and adjustment, the bridges have been put back into operation safely. In six months we will return to Leeds for the half-yearly maintenance.
