For a client who designs and produces filter installations for swimming pools in the Benelux, we fabricated and welded steel filters on site.
After a project visit, we arrived at a solution in which we engineered, produced and assembled 3 new, divisible, steel filter vessels.
Short turnaround
Turnaround time was limited, only 2 months, including design, production, rubber lining and on-site assembly (Dilbeek Belgium). Because of Covid-19 and the holidays, certain activities were different than usual. But with the right people and companies around us, we managed to deliver and install the barrels on time: 3 pieces, diameter 1600mm and 2500mm. The tank is divided due to a limited passage and placed in the basement.
