Anton Constructie- & Adviesbureau took care of the design and engineering of the balconies of the Up Mountain residential tower in Amstelveen. After we first worked out the main supporting structure of the residential tower, we have now focused on the balconies around the tower, including the glass balustrade. The balustrade and the composite sheeting have a unique design. This ensures that almost all balconies are different. Something that looks great, but of course also demands a lot from those involved. To achieve the intended result, everything, from the engineering to assembly must go flawlessly.
Our colleagues from Anton Staalbouw have already started assembly. One side of the building is already fully assembled. The approximately 1.3 kilometers of balcony and handrail fit like a glove. The whole building gives a new, fresh appearance to the city of Amstelveen.
