In a large industrial complex they keep innovating. In order to be able to carry out maintenance on the machines and machine parts in the future, Anton Bouw & Betontechniek has made a large number of bases. Steel structures and machines will be placed on these bases.
It is very important that the bases are in a straight line, because the machines that will be placed on top have only one 100th of a millimeter tolerance.
The many cast-in and adjustment facilities, such as anchors, earthing and installation cuts, make the top of the concrete and the reinforcement complex.
Lightweight formwork
Naturally, the rest of the factory will remain in operation during the work, and we work around it neatly. Our work location in the factory hall is therefore difficult to access and very tight. That is why we chose our lightweight formwork.
