Pontsteiger is one of the largest and highest residential buildings in the heart of Amsterdam. At an altitude of 60 meters, the imposing “bridge section” of eight floors begins, with views up to the coast. Along the waterfront, a pedestrian promenade is created with a landing spot for a ferry.
Anton Construction works has placed approximately 190 linear meters of beam steel profiles for this prestigious building from the water side, using a crane ship. Prefab concrete elements are then mounted on this steelwork.
