The area of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE), forms an important part of our business operations and work processes. The Anton Group formulates QHSE objectives, which each operating company contributes to in its own way. The QHSE coordinator is responsible for maintaining the processes and supports the operating companies with the implementation.
All year round, every day
The companies fully comply with the QHSE policy and also actively contribute to the process themselves, by upholding and maintaining the QHSE measures and all operations associated with this.
QHSE objectives are formulated annually in order to keep improving our performance. Each company formulates its own measures to achieve these objectives.
QHSE is not a ‘side project’. It is part of our work, our processes and it applies to our overall business operations. All year round, every day.
Quality
The ISO 9001 standard is the most well-known quality standard in the field of quality management systems. Our system is built in accordance with High Level Structure (HLS) and is the starting point for ISO standards. The integration of our various (quality) management system standards is simple, while the structure and basic requirements remain the same.
Health & Safety
Safe working conditions is one of the core components of the Anton Group QHSE policy. Management have described and confirmed this in the policy statement. This policy provides a framework for the implementation of the processes at strategic, tactical and operational level. A risk inventory is available which describes the correct control measures and how they should be implemented. All work equipment and materials are carefully maintained and periodically inspected.
Environment
At the Anton Group, we are 100% committed to sustainability. In 2020, the companies within the Anton Group that were yet to follow suit, switched to green electricity, which means that now all companies within the Anton Group use green electricity. This switch, combined with the recent installation of 800 solar panels on various office buildings, means that the Anton Group produces virtually no CO2 emissions when it comes to electricity.
