Its modular design allows it to fit into any existing or new construction without requiring an elevator pit, making it highly adaptable for airports with limited space.

One of our core solutions is the modular baggage trolley transfer system, designed for terminals with space constraints. It can be installed longitudinally between departure and arrival levels or in narrow floor gaps, lift shafts, or existing trolley regulation systems. The system provides flexible storage of up to 200 trolley nests across multiple levels and configurations. Integrated conveyors and side guides ensure smooth trolley movement, while sensors monitor the entire process, resulting in a space-saving, efficient, and low-maintenance system.

In a recent terminal installation, the system was adapted to a narrow floor gap between the check-in area and baggage handling. This resulted in significant space savings, improved trolley logistics, and reduced operational effort.

How the System Functions

Parallel Parking of Trolleys:
Trolley nests are stored parallel to the pick-up and drop-off units. Multiple nests can be arranged sequentially or side-by-side, maximizing storage in a compact footprint.

Longitudinal Drive: The system is powered along its length, with optional dual units for faster delivery and retrieval, without requiring additional floor space.

Cable-Driven Transport: Trolley nests are moved between storage and pick-up locations via a nearly maintenance-free cable system. The system can replenish pick-up positions automatically, ensuring continuous availability.

Sensor Monitoring: All movements are tracked by sensors, ensuring trolleys are automatically restocked.
