Het gebouw bevindt zich boven station Utrecht Centraal. In dit gebouw zijn diverse afdelingen van NS 24-uur per dag werkzaam.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>DE WERKZAAMHEDEN<\/h3>\n<p>De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het uitvoeren van schilderwerk, betonreparaties, vervangen van kitvoegen en herstellen van een afschotlaag op de galerijvloeren.<\/p>\n<p>De werkzaamheden zijn afgelopen juli gestart en duren nog tot eind november. Bij het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden is het logistieke proces een uitdaging. Aan de oostzijde van het gebouw bevindt zich de bus- en tramhalte. Aan de zuid- en westzijde alsmede onder het gebouw bevinden zich de treinperrons.<\/p>\n<p>Voor het uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden zijn op diverse plaatsen steigers gebouwd. Dit zijn gevelsteigers welke opgebouwd zijn vanaf het maaiveld en gevelsteigers met uitwijkconsoles welke zijn opgebouwd vanaf de galerijen.<\/p>\n<p>Voor het schilderen van \u00e9\u00e9n van de gevelbeplatingen diende er een steiger opgebouwd te worden op het perron. In verband met de treinenloop overdag moest er worden uitgeweken naar een nachtelijke buitendienststelling voor het opbouwen van de steiger. In verband met de beperkte beschikbare tijd tijdens de buitendienststelling, hebben wij ervoor gekozen om de steiger in delen te prefabriceren, waarna deze \u2019s nacht middels een mobiele torenkraan op het perron gemonteerd is.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section  class=\"section
