Als verrassing kwam Riet Schroven (Directeur Projecten van ProRail) langs om te kijken wat Anton Rail & Infra, samen met haar zusterbedrijven, heeft weten neer te zetten in de Schipholspoortunnel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Middels een eigen ontworpen bok, konden zowel de vierkante bestaande ventilatoren worden gedemonteerd en de nieuwe ronde ventilatoren worden opgehangen. Dit principe met een eigen ontworpen bok werd ook gehanteerd voor de vluchtdeuren, waardoor wij binnen 6 uur \u00e9\u00e9n vluchtdeur wisten te vervangen.<\/p>\n<p>Zowel de vluchtdeuren als de tunnelventilatoren zijn een belangrijk onderdeel van de brandveiligheidsvoorziening.<\/p>\n<p>De tunnelventilatoren hebben in het dagelijks gebruik een belangrijke functie m.b.t. het beheersen van de luchtkwaliteit in de tunnel en wanneer er brand uitbreekt voor het afvoeren van de vrijkomende rook. De vluchtdeuren zijn enerzijds ontwikkeld voor het bieden van een veilige vluchtweg: zo houdt de \u201ckleefmagneet\u201d de vluchtdeur 5 minuten open, waardoor de mensenmassa veilig kan vluchten. Anderzijds, wanneer de mensenmassa is gevlucht, sluit de vluchtdeur automatisch en is deze in staat om 120 minuten lang zowel de brand als de rook te weren.<\/p>\n<p>Deze twee projecten samen dragen
