De werkzaamheden volgden op een incident waarbij tijdens een storm een glasplaat naar beneden kwam. Na dit voorval zijn direct alle glasplaten verwijderd en de boombakken voorzien van tijdelijke daken.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"477\" data-end=\"705\">Vervolgens is gestart met het vernieuwen van de boombakken. Eerst zijn de tijdelijke daken verwijderd, waarna tijdens een aantal nachten valnetten rondom de boombakken zijn aangebracht om de werkzaamheden veilig uit te voeren.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"707\" data-end=\"940\">De nieuwe boombakken hangen ongeveer 11 meter boven de sporen. Ze zijn voorzien van een roostervloer en kozijnen, en de bestaande verlichting is vervangen door ledverlichting, waardoor de bomen \u2019s nachts prachtig worden aangelicht.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"942\" data-end=\"1296\">Om het onderhoud veilig uit te kunnen voeren, zijn de boombakken uitgerust met permanente valbeveiliging. Daarna zijn de valnetten verwijderd en zijn de nieuwe bomen geplaatst. De aangepaste boombakken zorgen voor natuurlijk licht op de onderliggende perrons. Reizigers die vanaf het perron omhoog kijken, zien de bomen staan \u2013 een schitterend
