Deze woningen stonden te dicht op het spoor, waardoor de veiligheid en leefbaarheid niet gewaarborgd konden worden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voorafgaand aan de sloopwerkzaamheden zijn asbestinventarisaties en kabels & leiding onderzoek uitgevoerd en is het aanwezige asbest gesaneerd. De meeste werkzaamheden vonden plaats tijdens een weekend buitendienststelling waarbij onderstaande werkzaamheden zijn uitgevoerd:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>verwijderen hekwerken en begroeiing;<\/li>\n<li>slopen woningen;<\/li>\n<li>verwijderen keermuur tussen woningen en het spoor;<\/li>\n<li>verwijderen kabelkokers en aanwezige kabels conform OVS aanbrengen in een nieuw ondergronds trac\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>optillen bovenleidingsportaal t.b.v. onder doorhalen van de te verleggen kabels;<\/li>\n<li>aanbrengen van een nieuw schouwpad;<\/li>\n<li>herstellen spoorligging middels inzet stopmachine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voor de veiligheid van de omgeving is na afloop van de buitendienststelling de openbare ruimte gescheiden van de spoorinfra door het plaatsen van een nieuw draadmathekwerk.<\/p>\n<p>Tenslotte worden er een aantal bomen geplant ter compensatie voor de bomen welke gekapt moesten worden om de sloop mogelijk te
