De werkzaamheden starten met de eerste hal, met een vloeroppervlak van 45.000 m\u00b2. Daarnaast worden 9.000 m\u00b3 laadkuilvloeren gerealiseerd. De vloeren worden uitgevoerd volgens vlakheidsklasse TR FM2, waarbij hoge eisen worden gesteld aan vlakheid, duurzaamheid en afwerking. Vanaf de onderbouw verzorgt Loos Betonvloeren het volledige traject van de betonvloeren. Dit omvat het aanbrengen van isolatie en randstroken, het plaatsen van wapening en stortonderbrekingen, het leveren en verpompen van betonmortel, het verwerken van slijtmateriaal en het storten en
