At the time, we worked for 2.5 weeks, 7 days a week, 16 hours a day at a stretch. We poured and finished 20 work floors and 20 structural floors. On average, four complete pour and butterfly crews worked at the same time. And in total about 23,000 m3 of concrete has been poured by Loos Betonvloeren on this project, divided over sixty phases. Ze dienen als fundering voor nieuwe buitendijkse windturbines. Na een uitgebreide veiligheidstraining worden de fundaties door Loos Betonvloeren gestort en afgewerkt op zee. Op het park komen 2 turbines van in totaal 200 meter hoog. De turbines hebben een rotordiameter van 149 en zijn hiermee de grootste in de Benelux. Vanaf mei 2020 gaan ze samen zo\u2019n 20 tot 25 miljoen KWh per jaar aan groene stroom produceren. Dit is genoeg voor tenminste 8000 huishoudens. De fundering is gebouwd op staal. Heipalen waren niet nodig op de stevige Limburgse grond. Het fundament bestaat uit een betonnen ring van 26 meter rond en 3,5 meter diep. Het ging om een uitdagend project, waarbij de voormalige sneltram 51 tussen Westwijk en station Amsterdam Zuid wordt omgevormd tot de Amsteltram: de eerste regionale tramlijn die Uithoorn rechtstreeks
