Not surprisingly, because to ensure safety in high-rise warehouses and keep speed high in narrow aisles for trucks, for example, a super-flat company floor finish is a must. The NEN2747 divides the flatness of concrete floors into classes (1 to 7). Whereas most manufacturers can handle class 7, 6 and 5 without any problems, class 3, 2 and 1 require specific knowledge. To guarantee an optimal flatness, floor load, construction speed and price everything has to be right: from pile foundation to floor thickness, concrete composition, reinforcement, material and people. Loos Betonvloeren provides all these facets. Our Giga Screed is another asset: with this impressive machine we can lay a super flat floor of over 2,000m<sup>2<\/sup> in one day. What is also unique about the Giga Screed is that we can use it to make lanes 27 meters wide.
