Het beton en kalkzandsteen is hersteld en er is ook een klein muurtje opnieuw opgemetseld om het balkon weer toonbaar te maken. Ook zijn de prachtige ornamenten en beelden weer in ere hersteld. Na de eindafwerking met speciale renovatiemortel en gevelcoating, werd al duidelijk hoe mooi het was geworden, echter kon dat van buitenaf nog niet worden waargenomen omdat het pand nog even in de steigers bleef staan.<\/p>\n<p>Toen de steigers werden afgebouwd kwam dit mooie monumentale pand weer als nieuw tevoorschijn!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section  class=\"section
