For a client on Texel, Harder Constructie- & Adviesbureau provided the main calculation, detailed calculation and drawing work for the new building of daycare center Olmenhoeve in Texel.
The new residence has a total area of 195 m2. It is connected to the existing building by means of a footbridge. Due to the sandy soil on Texel, the building has a steel foundation. This means that the building stands on the sand layer that is approximately 1 to 2 meters below ground level. The construction was produced by Anton Constructiewerken and then the assembly was carried out by Anton Staalbouw.
