Anton Constructie- & Adviesbureau took care of the engineering for a new building located at a business park in Wezep Noord. The challenge was there are four companies in the building that all have their own housing requirements. All four clients were looking for a representative and easily accessible location and all had their own wishes for the building. They wanted to realize a special building with a beautiful appearance, partly because the building will soon be on the access road for the new entrance and exit of the A28. The location and architecture have been taken into account in consultation with the municipality. In addition, it also had to fit in terms of area for all users. We have succeeded in integrating all wishes into one design. The result is not so much of a standard commercial property, but really a calling card for all four companies.
