Anton Industrial Services has equipped the VolkerTunnel in Delft with 37 fans. The VolkerTunnel will be expanded from two to four tunnel tubes. If a fire starts in the tunnel, it is very important that polluted air is removed from the tunnel as quickly as possible.
Safety first
In order to meet the safety requirements, 19 fans have been installed per tunnel tube. If a fire starts now, these fans will quickly expel the polluted air.
Anton Industrial Services was allowed to install 37 of these fans by the client. With the large deployment of small equipment and enthusiastic technicians, this job was successfully completed well within the available time.
