Dit project over het water de \u201cKleine Dommel\u201d bij Eindhoven is uitgevoerd voor zusterbedrijf\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/antongroep.nl\/rail-infra\/\">Anton Rail & Infra<\/a>. Het ging hierbij om het aanbrengen van nieuwe looppaden op en langs een spoorbrug. De oude looppaden sloten niet goed aan en waren oud en beschadigd.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/antongroep.nl\/constructie-adviesbureau\/\">Harder Constructie- & Adviesbureau<\/a>\u00a0heeft het basis ontwerp van ProRail verder uitgewerkt tot een uitvoeringsontwerp. Zij hebben de constructieve detailberekeningen gemaakt samen met alle benodigde tekeningen voor het goedkeuren, fabriceren en monteren van de staalconstructie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De stalen constructieliggers zijn tussen de 12 en 17 meter en overspannen in \u00e9\u00e9n keer het water waar de spoorbrug overheen gaat. Na alle onderdelen zover als mogelijk geassembleerd te hebben in de werkplaats, is het in combinatie met alle omliggende werkzaamheden in de grond en bekabeling in \u00e9\u00e9n weekend op locatie gemonteerd. Daarbij is dag en nacht doorgewerkt om alle werkzaamheden binnen de gestelde buitendienststelling te voltooien. Voor de bekabeling is een af te sluiten stalen goot aangebracht. Boven op de constructieliggers zijn stalen looproosters geplaats in een antislip uitvoering volgens de ontwerpvoorschriften van ProRail. Alle stalen onderdelen zijn uitgevoerd met een thermisch verzinkte conservering volgens NEN-EN-ISO 1461. De staalconstructie zelf is volledig ontworpen, gefabriceerd en gemonteerd volgens NEN-1090-1.<\/p>\n<p>De bouwlocatie was enkel via het dubbele spoor te bereiken. De onderdelen zijn daarom 1 voor 1 aangevoerd door twee spoorwegkranen vanaf de opslagplaats\u00a0 400 meter verderop. Uiteindelijk is de logistiek en planning in samenwerking met Anton Rail & Infra vlekkeloos verlopen en zijn alle onderdelen veilig en binnen de tijd op zijn plek komen te
