Dit project omvat de realisatie van vijf woontorens met in totaal 160 woningen op een unieke locatie aan het kanaal. Binnen deze ontwikkeling is een gevarieerd aanbod van woninggroottes en woonsegmenten voorzien, waarmee het project aansluit bij de diverse woonwensen van toekomstige bewoners.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ons bureau werkt aan de uitwerking van de hoofddraagconstructie, van voorontwerp tot en met uitvoeringsontwerp. Het definitief ontwerp van het gehele project is inmiddels afgerond, en momenteel wordt fase 1 volledig uitgewerkt. Deze eerste fase betreft de constructieve uitwerking van de eerste twee woontorens.<\/p>\n<p>De uitvoering van het project wordt verzorgd door <a href=\"https:\/\/www.denijs.nl\/nl\/\">Bouwbedrijf M.J. de Nijs en Zonen<\/a>. Met de Buitenvaart draagt Harder Constructie- & Adviesbureau bij aan een indrukwekkende nieuwe woonlocatie in Alkmaar, waarin kwaliteit en wooncomfort centraal
