Door de zandgrond die zich op Texel bevindt, heeft het pand een fundering op staal. Dit betekent dat het gebouw op de zandlaag staat die circa 1 tot 2 meter onder het maaiveld ligt. De constructie is geproduceerd door\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/antongroep.nl\/constructiewerken\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anton Constructiewerken<\/a>\u00a0en vervolgens is de montage uitgevoerd door\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/antongroep.nl\/staalbouw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anton
