In opdracht van Bouwbedrijf GeCo Alkmaar B.V. verzorgen wij binnen dit project de volledige constructieve uitwerking van zowel de onder- als bovenbouw voor Esd\u00e9g\u00e9-Reigersdaal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"313\" data-end=\"585\">Binnen het ontwerp is gekozen voor een duurzame en toekomstbestendige constructieve opzet die aansluit bij de functie en uitstraling van het gebouw. De hoofddraagconstructie bestaat uit houten spanten waarop de dakconstructie met gordingen en sandwichpanelen is verankerd.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"845\">De beganegrondvloer is uitgevoerd als een in het werk gestorte betonvloer, waarmee een solide basis voor het gebouw is gerealiseerd. Voor de buitenschil is gekozen voor een combinatie van prefab betonelementen en verduurzaamde, gemodificeerde houten planken.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"847\" data-end=\"1120\">Door deze combinatie van materialen ontstaat een sterke en duurzame constructie met een warme, natuurlijke uitstraling. Het project vormt daarmee een mooi voorbeeld van hoe constructieve kwaliteit en duurzame materiaalkeuzes samenkomen in een toekomstgerichte
