Dit project omvat de ontwikkeling van commerci\u00eble ruimten en 28 appartementen, en is uitgevoerd in samenwerking met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurekahuis.nl\/buteo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eureka Huis B.V.<\/a> als opdrachtgever, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sd-a.nl\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">V.O.F. Sander Douma Architecten BNA<\/a> als architect, en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbroos.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bouwbedrijf Roos Emmeloord B.V.<\/a> als aannemer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Een visie voor de toekomst<br \/>\n<\/strong>Het &#8216;Buteo&#8217; project is gelegen in de moderne woonwijk Warande in Lelystad, een gebied dat zich kenmerkt door een dynamische mix van wonen, werken en recreatie. De naam &#8216;Buteo&#8217; is ge\u00efnspireerd door de roofvogel Buizerd, wat de robuuste en duurzame opzet van het gebouw weerspiegelt. Wij waren verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en de uitwerking van de hoofddraagconstructie van zowel de onderbouw als de bovenbouw van het gebouw. Dit houdt in dat wij de fundering, vloeren, wanden en het dak van het complex hebben berekend en geoptimaliseerd voor de beste stabiliteit en duurzaamheid.<\/p>\n<p>Het ontwerpen van de hoofddraagconstructie was een complexe maar boeiende taak. We hebben een constructieve oplossing ontworpen die niet alleen voldoet aan de technische eisen, maar ook rekening houdt met de esthetische en functionele wensen van de architect en opdrachtgever. Sander Douma Architecten BNA, en Bouwbedrijf Roos Emmeloord B.V. heeft geleid tot een succesvol resultaat.
