In samenwerking met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breddels.nl\/projecten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Breddels Architecten<\/a> hebben wij de hoofddraagconstructie van zowel de onder- als bovenbouw ontworpen en uitgewerkt. Hierbij hebben wij gedetailleerde berekeningen gemaakt van de belangrijke aansluitingen, om te zorgen voor een robuuste en veilige structuur.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Een van de grootste uitdagingen bij dit project was de beperkte ruimte voor het plaatsen van stabiliteitsverbanden door het open structuurontwerp. Deze complexe opzet vroeg om innovatieve oplossingen en zorgvuldige afstemming van de constructie-elementen. Daarnaast moesten we rekening houden met de bestaande heipalen. De nieuwe palen konden niet te dicht bij het bestaande pand geplaatst worden. Het ontwerp van de nieuwe fundering en palenplan was een hele puzzel. Maar uiteindelijk is deze ook weer opgelost!<\/p>\n<p>Ondanks deze technische obstakels heeft Harder Constructie- & Adviesbureau samen met het team van Breddels Architecten en andere betrokkenen gezorgd voor een succesvolle en effici\u00ebnte uitvoering van de verbouwing. Het resultaat is een prachtige uitbreiding van Intratuin Maastricht die niet alleen architectonisch indrukwekkend is, maar ook structureel veilig en
