Deze bruggen zijn gefaseerd vervangen. De nieuwe composieten brugdekken zijn in de fabriek van FiberCore gemaakt en vervolgens voorzien van leuningwerk. Het hout van de oude bruggen is door Van den Berg Hardhout B.V. gerecycled.<\/p>\n<p>Het project was zo nu en dan een logistieke puzzel. De meeste locaties bevonden zich in de bebouwde kom, en twee bruggen aan de doorgaande weg (Westerweg).<\/p>\n<p>Bij de grote bruggen zijn er speciale transporten nodig geweest: zowel \u2019s avonds als overdag. Deze transporten zijn uitgevoerd onder de vereiste extra begeleiding en ruimtelijke aanpassingen langs de weg. De grootste brug van dit project was namelijk 5 bij 19,5 meter!<\/p>\n<p>Een andere uitdaging waren aanwezige bomen. Om deze te kunnen beschermen zijn de twee grootste bruggen over het water vervoerd, waarna deze al varende naar hun locatie zijn gebracht. Eenmaal op bestemming zijn deze bruggen vervolgens met twee autolaadkranen op hun plek gelegd.
