Naast de realisatie van een grote slibvangput zijn we ook volop bezig met het bekisten, wapenen en storten van maar liefst 7.500 m\u00b2 betonplaten, verdeeld over 12 stortfases.<\/p>\n<p>In totaal storten we voor dit project 3000 m3 aan beton, inmiddels zijn we bezig met de laatste twee fases, nog 330 m\u00b3 te gaan!<\/p>\n<p>Om de kwaliteit en duurzaamheid van de vloer te waarborgen, passen we tussen de betonplaten Schrumpf-profielen toe: het SB D\u2011240 Tricomere-profiel, het AD\u201119 Schrumpf\u2011profiel en het ACME voegprofiel.<\/p>\n<p>Deze zorgen voor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Een waterdichte voeg met een lange levensduur<\/li>\n<li>Opvang van krimp- en zettingsbewegingen<\/li>\n<li>Een vlakke en stootvrije overgang<\/li>\n<li>Bescherming van de randen en minder kans op beschadigingen of vuilophoping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voor het realiseren van de randkisten is een slimme maatwerkoplossing ontwikkeld: twee stalen UNP profielen, die te stellen zijn met centerpennen om de drie dilatatieprofielen op zijn plek te
