De steiger is in bouwteam ontworpen en uitgevoerd. Hierin zijn de prefab elementen en de wapening \u00a0ook in 3D uitgewerkt, ter voorkoming van problemen tijdens de uitvoering. Uitdaging is de korte doorlooptijd en de toleranties van de palen: Deze worden immers vanaf het water aangebracht.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Werk in uitvoering<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anton Bouw & Betontechniek heeft de paalwapening aangebracht en de palen afgestort. Vervolgens zijn er betonnen sloven in het werk gestort. Hier bovenop zijn prefab betonnen platen op de steunpunten geplaatst. Deze prefab platen zijn in de eigen werkplaats gemaakt, waarvan de zwaarste plaat maar liefst 20 ton weegt. Over de prefab platen is vervolgens door Loos Betonvloeren een betonnen druklaag afgestort. Tot slotis er aan de buitenzijde nog een opstaande rand gestort.<\/p>\n<p>Loos Betonvloeren heeft het dek met beton afgestort en na de afwerking is de steiger in gebruik genomen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div
