De liftputten zijn in verband met de slechte ondergrond geprefabriceerd. De parkeerkelder ligt half verdiept, zoals op de foto\u2019s te zien is. De kelderwanden zijn in het werk gestort, met als uitdaging de grote ventilatiesparingen in de wanden. De vele steunberen en kolommen in de kelder, zijn ook in eigen fabriek geprefabriceerd.<\/p>\n<p>In samenwerking met\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/loosbetonvloeren.nl\/\">Loos Betonvloeren<\/a>\u00a0zijn de vloeren gestort in de onderbouw van het appartementencomplex en de woning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"hr hr-invisible avia-builder-el-7 el_after_av_textblock
