Safe working conditions is one of the core components of the Anton Group QHSE policy. Management have described and confirmed this in the policy statement. This policy provides a framework for the implementation of the processes at strategic, tactical and operational level. A risk inventory is available which describes the correct control measures and how they should be implemented. All work equipment and materials are carefully maintained and periodically inspected.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Safety Culture Ladder (\u2018formerly Safety Ladder\u2019) promotes safety awareness and consciously safe and healthy actions. This measuring instrument aims to reduce the number of unsafe and unhealthy situations, resulting in fewer incidents (absenteeism, damages). VCA (SCC) stands for Safety, Health and Environmental Checklist Contractors. It creates a higher level of safety in the workplace. It provides that both employers and employees are aware of the dangers.<\/p>\n
